(11/1/2005) The GOP's new budget plan is a slap in the face for 99.9% of the American people. Chapter 1 of this just released budget plan cuts spending by $39 billion over 5 years. These are tough cuts in education, health care, transportation, veterans, agriculture, etc. But then Chapter 2 cuts revenues by $70 billion with tax cuts that are very heavily aimed at people who make over $1 million a year. That is a net $31 billion addition to an already enormous federal deficit, and not a reduction as the title of their plan claims. Finally, Chapter 3 increases the federal debt limit by $781 billion. This plan, that is incorrectly and immorally titled "The Deficit Reduction Act", will increase the total federal debt by $3 trillion over the next 5 years. The only reduction from this plan will be to the fiscal health of our government, and the social safety nets that are designed to benefit average Americans.

The Republicans in Congress are continuing to perpetrate a number of frauds against the American people. These frauds started during the Reagan administration, continued through the first Bush administration, and are being accelerated by the current Bush administration. They are taking from average American citizens and giving to the very rich. And while they are committing this Robin Hood in reverse trickle down scam they are lying to us (i.e. the title of this budget act), robbing our Social Security nest egg, bankrupting our government, sacrificing our soldiers in Iraq, stacking the courts with like minded fascist, and undermining our democracy. 

It should be obvious to everyone that the GOP is deliberately undermining the fiscal health of this country. The only people who don't understand this fact are the ones who are not paying attention, or who blindly accept the GOP's spin. But for those of us who are not asleep and who are not fooled by the GOP's spin know that what they are doing to our government can best be described with two words: immoral and treasonous.

Why are the Republicans doing this to their own government? They are doing it because, as John McCain likes to say about his own party, they are "corrupt". They are doing it to concentrate wealth by looting our government's bank accounts and selling off our governments assets for pennies on the dollar. These government bank accounts and assets actually belong to all the American people. They are not only robbing our government, but they are transforming our form of government from a representative democracy into an aristocracy.

What does this transformation mean to the average middle class family? It means moving from a nice house in a nice neighborhood to a small apartment in a crime ridden neighborhood, or maybe into a cardboard box under a bridge. It means lower wages, lower standard of living, and far fewer opportunities for middle income people to move up the economic ladder. It could eventually mean trying to sneak across the border of Canada to get a decent paying job with health care benefits, just like the poor oppressed Mexican people current do to our country because of the wealth concentration in Mexico.

The GOP is not just robbing our government, but they are stealing from 99.9% of the American people. And while they are stealing from us they are lying to us, and sacrificing our solders in a pointless un-winnable war in Iraq which they started based on a lie.

This Republican based con job cannot be allowed to continue. We must fight back and we must start now.

We can fight back in several ways. First, we must educate other Americans about this Republican based rip-off. Second, we must let the members of the GOP and their supporters know that we know who they are, what they are doing, why they are doing it, where they live, where their kids go to school, and that we are no longer going to tolerate it. Third, we must boycott the large corporations that are represented by the GOP. Fourth, we must change our habits and life styles to prepare ourselves for a physical fight. Fifth, we must arm ourselves with knowledge, weapons, fighting skills, and counter warfare tactics. Sixth, we must start now by showing these immoral criminals that we are going to stop them at any and all cost. Finally, we must seek internal strength as we wage a war to take back our government from these thieves, liars, killers, and con-men.

I hope we can take back our government without waging a civil war against these few criminal elitist. However, if it does come down to war we out number these slimebags by about 289 million to their 25 thousand. Also, I believe to really win this war we must show, through our actions, that we are ready and willing to go to the extreme, if necessary, to take back our government.

Turn off your TVs, turn away from the big corporate stores, restaurants, and entertainment, tighten your belts, exercise your backs, clean your weapons, plant your food gardens, watch your backs, study history, and take the time to teach your family members the facts, and how to recognize the spin.
